With nearly 30 years of experience in Early Years education, both abroad and in Norfolk, I’ve had the privilege of supporting children and families in their learning journeys. As a passionate Montessori Educator, I firmly believe in the power of outdoor learning to nurture curiosity and growth.

With an MA in Early Childhood and Education (Integrated Working with Families and Children). This has deepened my understanding of the ever-changing needs families face today. Drawing on extensive research and insights gathered through conversations with professionals within my local community and the wider sector. This unique service involves home visits to better understand and support family dynamics, offering personalised help to ease the pressures of modern life.

The Importance of community has become increasingly apparent, particularly during and since the pandemic. At Complete Concierge, we believe that having the right support around you can make a meaningful difference to everyday family life. 

We offer a wide range of tailored support, from exceptional childcare and tutoring to thoughtful housekeeping and wholesome food preparation. Our aim is simple: to make life easier,giving you more time to focus on what matters most, your family, your loved ones and yourself.

In addition to her educational work, Fran volunteers at a local care home in the Norfolk area, offering companionship and support to the elderly. Her dedication to helping others, from the very young to the elderly, highlights her commitment to making a positive impact in her community.

With 40 years of dedicated service as a senior nurse in the NHS, Sarah brings a wealth of experience in care and compassion. Since transitioning from the NHS, she has embraced a new chapter working part-time at a children’s nursery, a role that has been both fulfilling and rewarding.

As a mother of two daughters and a proud grandmother, Sarah knows firsthand the challenges of juggling work and family life. She is passionate about supporting individuals and families, whether it’s through housekeeping, helping with day-to-day tasks, providing childcare, or caring for an elderly loved one.

He leveraged his entrepreneurial experience to earn an MBA and transition into higher education. Today, he teaches business at Cerritos College, focusing primarily on Marketing and Management.

Kai is honoured to support Nicky with the business side of Complete Concierge—assisting with marketing, human resources, and strategy so Nicky can focus on what she does best: taking care of client needs.

After reaching out to us at Complete Concierge, we will schedule an appointment for a  home visit. One of our experienced ambassadors will meet with you (and your family) to  discuss your specific needs and how we can best support you. If you are seeking childcare,  or care for an elderly loved one we recommend having the them present during this visit.  For housekeeping or organising services, we will sit down with you to go over exactly what  you’re looking for, ensuring we tailor our support to meet your requirements. Additionally,  we will arrange a follow-up meeting prior to the start date to confirm all details are in  place.
